Apple and cinnamon cookies
225g (80z) porridge oats
125ml (4fl oz) crushed apples (put two apples in a blender with a little water)
Preheat oven to 180 degree celsius
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Then put a small round piece of the mixture on a greased baking tray or put mixture into moulds and bake in the oven for 22 minutes until the cookies are a light golden colour
