Sweet potato bones

1 large sweet potato
565 grams (1lb 4oz) gluten free Flour
60ml (2floz) crushed apple (put two apples and a little water into a blender)
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 175 degrees celsius

Put the sweet potato in a microwave for 6 minutes, once cooked allow to cool
Mix the flour sauce, eggs and the cooled sweet potato in a bowl until it forms a dough
Rollout the dough to around half an inch thick and cut desired shapes with a cookie cutter and arrange on a baking sheet
Alternatively use shaped moulds and bake for 35-45 minutes in the centre of the oven
